In her youth she studied Speech Arts with Elfrida Wilde at the Royal Conservatory of Music for several years and later completed three improv workshops at Second City with actor/writer/comedian Bruce Hunter.

Beverly is accustomed to taking direction and doing cold readings, and is a competent mimic who speaks French, Spanish, Japanese and some German and Portuguese. She can read music, and as a professional singer, she is well-suited to work that requires singing or musicality.  Her performance experience has sharpened her comedic timing and she is also able to ad lib as needed.
